Notes:
1. Flavored syrups and extracts may be added after brewing, however they seem to lose the infusion process when added after brewing.
2. These recipes may be broken down into two separate pods if your machine cannot hold capacity.
3. Results may vary, depending on your pod-brewing machine.
4. Senseo and Bunn machines were used for testing most recipes.
Cappuccino Café
7 grams finely-ground coffee (dark roast, preferably)
3 grams CoffeeMate powdered creamer
Place measured powdered creamer and ground coffee into empty pod filter, and seal.
You may have to use double pod holder or brew 10 grams of finely-ground coffee, then brew second pod.
Cappuccino Venezia Café
10 grams finely-ground coffee (dark roast, preferably)
10 grams CoffeeMate powdered creamer
Create one pod using measured espresso ground coffee, and brew into cup.
Create second pod of creamer, and brew in your machine, using smaller brew size.
If double pod holder is available, you may use both in same pod.
Cappuccino Suprema Café
10 grams finely-ground coffee (dark roast, preferably)
5 grams CoffeeMate powdered creamer
5 grams finely-ground coffee (dark roast, preferably)
Create one pod using 10 grams finely-ground coffee, and brew.
Create second pod using creamer and additional coffee, and brew into same cup.
If double pod holder is available you may use both in same pod.
Vanilla Spice Café
½ teaspoon Pumpkin spice or finely ground cinnamon
10 grams finely-ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Add ½ teaspoon Pumpkin spice or cinnamon, and ground coffee to empty pod filter.
Add vanilla extract on top of pod, seal and brew into mug.
Vanilla Bean Indulgence Café
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
10 grams finely-ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
Place ground coffee into empty pod filter, add extract and seal. Brew and enjoy.
Yummy Licorice Café
½ teaspoon of Anise Seed (grind the seed to get a more intense Anise flavor)
10 grams finely-ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
First place ½ teaspoon anise seed on Pod filter bottom, spreading evenly.
Then add ground coffee, seal and brew.
Cinnamon Delight Café
½ teaspoon finely-ground cinnamon
10 grams finely ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
First place finely ground cinnamon on Perfect Pod filter bottom, spreading evenly.
Then add ground coffee, seal and brew.
Almond Joy Café
10 grams finely-ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
½ teaspoon almond extract
Place ground coffee into empty pod filter, add extract and seal. Brew and enjoy.
Chocolate Rendezvous Café
10 grams Hershey's chocolate syrup
10 grams finely-ground coffee (medium roast, preferably)
10 grams CoffeeMate powdered creamer
Add chocolate syrup to mug.
Create one pod using measured espresso ground coffee, and brew into cup.
Create second pod of creamer, and brew in your machine, using smaller brew size.
If double pod holder is available, you may use both in same pod.
